Tips for better results
Text is set in a simple sans-serif font at a readable size. Very long unbroken strings are split to fit the page. Non-Latin scripts are drawn as page images so they display properly, which means that text in that PDF will not be selectable.
Good to know before you start
Plain text has no page size, fonts or margins of its own, so the tool supplies them: A4 pages with 50-point margins and a comfortable line height. Lines wrap at the page edge, and blank lines are kept so your paragraphs stay apart. Tabs become four spaces. Markdown and log files are accepted too, but their symbols are printed as they are, so headings written with hash marks will still show the hash marks. If your text contains characters outside the basic Latin set, such as Urdu, Hindi, Arabic or Chinese, the tool switches to a method that draws the page as an image so the letters display correctly.
