What to include

• The name of the tool and the page address you were on.
• Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead, including any error message.
• The approximate size of the file. Please do not attach private documents; we do not need them to investigate most problems.

Common reasons to write

• Bug reports: a tool fails, a result looks wrong or a page does not load.
• Tool ideas: a format or feature you would like to see.
• Business and press: partnerships or questions about the service.
• Security: a vulnerability you have found. Please give us details by email before sharing them publicly.

Before you write

Many questions are answered on the tool pages themselves: each one has a short FAQ and notes on limits. Because files are processed in your browser and never reach us, we cannot recover a lost file or look at a document for you. For general help, see the PDF guides and the Privacy Policy.
