Good to know before you start
The tool chooses the most informative sentences using the same word-frequency scoring as the summarizer, then removes the most distinctive word from each sentence to make a blank. The numbered list of questions comes first, followed by an answer key, so you can cover the answers while you practise. Because the process is automatic, some blanks will be easy and some awkward, and a few sentences may lack context. Skim the list and keep the ones that help you. The questions are drawn from your own PDF, so they test what your material actually says, which is useful for revision of lecture notes and handouts. For best results, use PDFs with full sentences, such as chapters, articles and summaries, rather than slides with short bullet points. Choose a smaller number of questions for short documents, since the tool can only build questions from sentences long enough to carry meaning.
