What is Extract PDF Pages?

Most of the time you do not need the whole document, just a few pages of it. This tool copies the pages you list into a brand-new PDF and leaves the original untouched. You can pick single pages, ranges or a mix of both, and the new file keeps the page order you type.

How to extract pages from a PDF

  1. Add the PDF you want to take pages from.
  2. In the Pages to extract box, type page numbers such as 1-3, 7, 10-12.
  3. Press Start and let the browser copy those pages into a new file.
  4. Download extracted.pdf and open it to confirm that the right pages are inside.

When Extract PDF Pages is useful

Sharing one section

Send just the pricing page or a single chapter instead of the whole file.

Filing paperwork

Pull the signature page out of a long agreement for your records.

Building a short handout

Collect the relevant pages of a manual into a compact guide.

Tips for better results

Page numbers count from the first page of the file, not from the number printed on the page. If you type pages out of order, such as 5, 2, 9, the new file follows that order. To make several separate files at once, the Split PDF tool is faster, and to remove pages rather than keep them, use Delete PDF Pages.
