What is Excel to PDF?
Spreadsheets are great for working and awkward for sharing. This converter reads each worksheet of an Excel file (.xlsx, .xls or .xlsm) or a CSV file and draws it as a table on landscape A4 pages, with the first row highlighted as a header. Every sheet gets its own pages and its name appears at the top.
How to convert Excel to PDF
- Upload your Excel or CSV file.
- Press Start to read the sheets and calculate column widths automatically.
- Wait while the rows are placed on landscape pages.
- Download table.pdf and check that columns are wide enough for your data.

Tips for better results
The tool prints cell values as they appear, not formulas, charts or cell colours. Very long text is cut to fit its column, and characters outside the basic Latin set are replaced with a question mark, so check non-English data carefully. For wide sheets, remove unneeded columns before converting.
Good to know before you start
The converter reads every worksheet in your workbook, so a file with three sheets produces three groups of pages, each starting with the sheet name. Column widths are calculated from the content of the first rows, then scaled down if the table would not fit across the landscape page, which means very wide sheets may print in small type. Dates and numbers appear as they are formatted in Excel because the tool asks for displayed text rather than raw values. Hidden rows or columns are treated like any other data. If a sheet has hundreds of columns, consider copying only the part you need into a new file first.
