What is HTML to PDF?
Saved web pages and exported HTML files can be turned into a plain PDF here. The tool reads the file, strips out scripts and styles and writes the readable text onto pages. It is useful for keeping a text copy of an article, a report or an email saved as HTML.
How to convert HTML to PDF
- Choose a .html or .htm file saved on your device.
- Press Start. Scripts and styles are removed and the visible text is collected.
- Headings, paragraphs and list items are separated by line breaks.
- Download document.pdf and check that the reading order makes sense.

Tips for better results
This is a text conversion, not a screenshot. Layout, colours, menus and images are not included. If you want the page to look exactly as it does on screen, use your browser's Print dialog and choose Save as PDF. Only local files are supported, not web addresses.
Good to know before you start
HTML files mix content with code, so the tool first removes anything that is not meant to be read: scripts, style rules and no-script blocks. It then inserts line breaks after paragraphs, headings, list items, table rows and divisions, so the extracted text keeps a sensible shape. Links appear as their visible text and images are ignored. The result is a clean reading copy rather than a visual capture. This is helpful for archiving the wording of an article that may change online, or for sending someone the contents of a saved help page without the clutter of menus and sidebars.
